In that way, you will know how many days you have to stay in Athens; according to the procedure that will be suitable for you.
Getting to Athens
The easiest way to get to Athens is by plane. Flying into Athens is easier than ever as the Athens Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” is a common destination for a lot of airlines and an awarded airport. The Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport is state-of-the-art and very user-friendly. It is big, modern and beautiful. It is one of the best and least complicated airports in the world.
Getting into the city of Athens is also easy by METRO, Bus or taxi.
Metro is fast and clean.
Bus is waiting outside airport’s exit doors.
Taxies are waiting at Exit 3.
Driving from airport to the center of Athens is easy and it takes about 40 minutes. It is common to make it in about half an hour for early morning flights when the streets of Athens are empty.
